Onlinelegalcare.com, being a legal tech startup, connects its users with various legal professionals having expertise in various areas of practice, depending on the scope of the user’s requirement. These legal professionals are referred to as “Participating Platform Lawyers” (also referred to as “Customers”, “in-house team of lawyers”, “paralegals”) along with other subject-matter experts as may apply; and the legal-tech services provided to you are referred to as “Platform Services”. Onlinelegalcare.com must not be considered as a Law firm by the virtue of the Platform Services it may render depending upon user requirements. Onlinelegalcare.com connects all its users with the legal professionals as they may need, to ease out the possibility of finding or connecting a lawyer at the nearest of possible location wherever required and in the remotest corner of the Country. The “Participating Platform Lawyers” are subject to “Platform Services” depending upon the products of the Onlinelegalcare.com and their features.
      3. The “Participating Platform Lawyers” shall be legal experts who possess a license to practice within and across India as per the Rules of the Bar Council of India. No attorney-client relationship shall be created or deemed to be created between the users and Onlinelegalcare.com by the virtue of the Platform services availed. All of your communications with Onlinelegalcare.com are protected by our Privacy Policy as set out below; however, they shall never be considered as an attorney work-product and shall not fall under any privilege (including attorney-client privilege). Other than the information you submit through the Website, Onlinelegalcare.com has no access to any communications between you and any Participating Platform Lawyer, whose communications may be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Onlinelegalcare.com, shall not, in any case, be liable for any breaches that may occur during the course of communication between you and the Participating Platform Lawyers or there is any defect in service rendered to you by the Participating Platform Lawyer.
      4. Onlinelegalcare.com is not a legal referral service. While we make reasonable efforts to select and vet the Participating Platform Lawyers, we do not recommend/ tout any specific lawyer or Participating Platform Lawyer for any specific legal request. You acknowledge and agree that Onlinelegalcare.com does not select, endorse or recommend any individual lawyer or Participating Platform Lawyer and the selection and hiring of services of any Legal professional is at the sole discretion of the User. You also agree that you have been enabled via our platform services with an option to select and connect with the Participating Platform Lawyer directly depending upon your need and the expertise of the Lawyers.
  • General Terms
        1. We offer the site “as is” and “as available” and if you are using the site as an individual or a corporate entity, it is deemed that you are authorized on behalf of such individual or corporate entity and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and any warranties implied by and during any course of performance or usage of trade, all of which are expressly disclaimed.
        2. Users / You may be interchangeably used in respect to clients who are seeking legal assistance & wants to get connected with the lawyers on our platform in context to the Platform Services provided by us or it may also mean to refer to the lawyers who are listed as Participating Platform Lawyers on the portal to provide these services to all the users seeking assistance/guidance/inquiries/any sort of legal help in accordance to the products that are or may be launched in the near future.
        3. Onlinelegalcare.com is in no way associated with any Legal advice solicited by any Participating Platform Lawyer, as it is only a third party facilitator, where users can reach out to communicate, and connect according to their needs and requirements and get the best possible legal solution or legal assistance or the legal support by meeting lawyers from various fields. Onlinelegalcare.com, is in no way responsible for any legal advice or related work or any work product provided by the Lawyer to you by making use of our Platform. In case of any issues with the services rendered by the Participating Platform Lawyer, it shall be solely between you and the Participating Platform Lawyer.
        4. Onlinelegalcare.com reserves no right for any Legal opinion that is different from a previous one as a client is connected with one or more lawyers, if need be, and his legal requirement demands the same. If there is a conflict in both the opinions then onlinelegalcare.com does not direct which one to take up or is under no liability to forward any legal opinion to any individual/SME/ any organization that knocks its door for a legal service solution proposed by the platform. It is the sole discretion and personal liability of the users to go ahead with the Lawyer or not.
        5. Our Platform gives Participating Platforms Lawyers an option to access the platform to create their individual/firm’s online profile for the purpose of only increasing their accessibility and exposure granting with an option to get discovered while using this platform. We do not intend in any way whatsoever to advertise your or any profile as we are not an advertising portal but a discovery platform. By discovery platform, we mean a platform that helps in providing online visibility and presence within legitimate and permissible means.
        6. NO “solicitation” or “advertising” of Lawyers is done by Onlinelegalcare.com for any purpose and is solely and exclusively restricted as a legal-tech discovery platform for Participating Platform Lawyers.
        7. Onlinelegalcare.com, through its legal-tech platform, is providing a window where users can share their inquiries/queries relating to law seeking assistance or support, or any other law-related requirement or information and may choose to connect with the platform legal professional without any prejudice or bias. In case of any dispute or conflict with respect to the service received or delivered by the Participating Platform Lawyer(s), by any mode or means of the Platform, Onlinelegalcare.com shall not be liable and be responsible for such services or deliveries herein question.
        8. All the materials and information provided to you on-site are only for the purpose of creating awareness and spreading information with no other hidden irregular purpose at all. Also, the listing of the profiles of the Participating Platform Lawyer(s) on-site is in no way to be taken as promotion, advertising, or publishing any content that is unethical or against the public policy or against the interest of any society or group in tandem.
        9. The particular Participating Platform lawyer or law firm is solely and exclusively responsible for providing services to the users. Onlinelegalcare.com is in no way held responsible for any loss or damages incurred by any user in terms of cost or any damage or suffering arising out of or based on any transaction or malpractice.
        10. You as Users hereby agree that any claim between you and the platform lawyer(s) is purely based against the participating platform lawyer(s) exclusively and Onlinelegalcare.com will in no way be associated with any such claims whatsoever at any point in time.
        11. You as Users or Customers acknowledge that all new services or features launched by us in the future will also be subject to the Terms along with its amendments as may be applicable.
        12. You as users or customers acknowledge and agree that the Website is provided “as is” and that Onlinelegalcare.com can assume no responsibility for any failure to provide any Platform Services, including but not limited to storing or delivering any user communications or settings.
        13. By utilizing the Platform in any manner by any means or mode, Onlinelegalcare.com, shall not be held liable for any loss or damages suffered to anyone who is or maybe using the Onlinelegalcare.com Website however caused, including but not limited to loss caused through but not limited to our negligence, breach of contract, copyright infringement, and breach of other intellectual property rights or defamation, or due to any technical issue or fault or malware function or bugs or hacking or viruses.
        14. We reserve the right to use, reproduce and modify all content submitted to the site while using the platform in any form or manner, including but not limited to posting or publishing of the comments by anyone on the site while utilizing it. We reserve to use our absolute discretion in exercising this right.
        15. Unacceptable behavior – Any usage of our platform that can amount to attempting to gain or gaining unauthorized access to the platform services or to servers, systems, networks, or data or it causes any sort of interruption that leads to disrupt the services, systems, networks or servers. Also, any behaviour or conduct that is opposed to public policy or is in violation of the laws of the nation will be unacceptable to us and can attract strict prohibitory actions inclusive of legal actions as may be required and applicable.
        16. We are not liable for content published on the Website by users of the Website. If you would like to alert us to content that you believe to be inappropriate, please contact us via the Website. We will deal with your request as soon as reasonably possible.         17. We do not intend to decide on the legal service fees which may be charged by the Participating Platform Lawyers. You agree that the negotiation of the price for desired Platform Services / legal services is to be negotiated solely between you and the Participating Platform Lawyers. As Users, you acknowledge that we are only a facilitating platform and act as a third-party enabler that can connect its users to legal professionals from our platform and platform-related services.
  • How Onlinelegalcare.com works?
      1. Onlinelegalcare.com offers and works on a Small fees for its users who are willing to be connected with the Platform Participating Lawyers and ZERO COMMISSION from the Lawyers on the Participating Platform. Onlinelegalcare.com also runs an “ADVISORY” panel where free questions are posted from users. Any replies or answers by the lawyers from this platform do not establish Client-Lawyer relationships; these are also freely available and viewable by everyone and are in the public domain. The replying or answering of such questions is totally dependent upon the availability and willingness of the legal professionals on our platform. No lawyer is forced to take up a query and provide the user with an answer. No User shall take these replies or answers as the final attorney work-product. We highly recommend and suggest all our users speak or connect with the next-door lawyer or regional lawyer who is within their physical reach and access.
      2. We also offer a “Talk to a Lawyer” option where a user has any general legal issue/query and wants to get it resolved by any practicing Legal Professional. Onlinelegalcare.com gets this resolved by connecting and acting as an intermediary to make both ends meet. Abiding by Rule 36 of Bar Council of India and Advocates Act, 1961, Onlinelegalcare.com is just an intermediary service to offer discoverability to Participating Platform Lawyers. Also, ZERO Commission is charged by us from any Participating Platform Lawyer who registers on our Platform and becomes a Participating Platform Lawyer.
As the law says, “An Advocate shall not solicit work or advertise, except through a medium maintained by the Bar Council of India, either directly or indirectly, whether by circulars, advertisements, touts, personal communications, interviews not warranted by personal relations, furnishing or inspiring newspaper comments or producing his/her photographs to be published in connection with cases in which he/she has been engaged or concerned”.
  1. Apropos, Rule 36 Section IV, Bar Council Rules of India, a recent amendment was made in this section by the Hon’ble Supreme Court. Post this amendment, BCI allows Lawyers to provide 5 pieces of information that can be posted on the internet i.e.
    1. Name of the firm,
    2. address, telephone numbers and email id,
    3. (a) enrollment number, (b) date of enrollment, (c) name of State Bar Council, where originally enrolled, (d) name of the State Bar Council on whose roll name stands currently and (e) name of the Bar Association of which the advocate is a member,
    4. professional qualifications and academic qualifications and
    5. areas of practice.
  2. On our Website, we do not publish even these “5” pieces of information as mentioned above as per law prohibition but only a handful that is requisite for the Client to understand if the LAWYER would add any value to avail the Service a person may need.
  3. Any kind of “solicitation” or “advertising” of Participating Platform Lawyers is not done by Onlinelegalcare.com, for any purpose being solely and exclusively a legal tech discovery platform for Participating Platform Lawyers. Neither do “Onlinelegalcare.com,” guarantee any conversions and attorney-work products, in case there is an emergency or emergency like situation that requires immediate involvement and assistance, you agree that we recommend you to reach and connect with your local and regional lawyers.
  4. Though our Platform gives access to create the profiles of the LAWYERS for the purpose of increasing the accessibility and exposure of our Participating Platform Lawyers to grant them discovery using this platform, we do not intend in any way whatsoever to advertise any profile as we are not an advertising portal but a discovery platform. By discovery platform we mean a platform that helps in providing online visibility within legitimate and permissible means.
  5. Our search and sort functionality are totally technology automation based and purely driven by user-entered information and the built-in integrated process and procedures.
  6. We are in no way associated with or ENDORSE any individual described herein. We will not be responsible for the choices made by platform users in terms of selecting any particular Lawyer of your choice or otherwise. The name or inclusion of any particular Lawyers profile does not mean any sort of Advertising being done or any recommendation or any Endorsement from Onlinelegalcare.com’s end.
  7. As a legal-tech platform, our services are restricted to verifying and curating only to our platform participating lawyers, as we do not solicit or tout or charge commissions from the participating platform lawyer or participate in any form or manner. Onlinelegalcare.com, cannot be made liable with respect to this in case of any damages or losses incurred to anyone, and never claims to guarantee conversion of any users as a client nor guarantee the amount of conversion.
  • Website Usage Terms
    1. You confirm that you are of legal age to make use of and access the Website, access the Platform Services, request for a Participating Platform Lawyers, and to make payment for any Platform Services accessed or received by you. We reserve the right at our absolute discretion to (i) restrict or block your access to the Website, (ii) delete, modify or limit your user account at any time, or (iii) terminate these Terms. Notwithstanding the above, all your obligations under these Terms shall continue to survive.
    2. You shall not use the Website in any way that causes damage to the Website or in any unlawful, harmful, illegal, or fraudulent manner. You agree not to interfere with the legitimate use of the Website and our services by other users. You agree to indemnify us against all costs, claims, liabilities, demands, or expenses incurred as a result of your use of this Website or in case of any breach of these Terms by you.
  1. You shall not publish or cause to be published any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable content on the Website. You confirm that you are allowed under the law to publish all content, images, or information that you submit to the Website. In case, we find or suspect that you have been doing or making an attempt to do things that are prohibited will amount to your profile suspension or blocking or may also be subject to termination as per the termination clause with an immediate effect without any prior notice.
  2. In the event where you submit information through the Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information and agree to promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, and/or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the Site and/or refuse any and all current or future use of the Site or its services (or any portion thereof).
  3. You hereby agree to form an attorney-client relationship on your own as per your willingness and choice. You agree to reach and connect with any other legal professional also as per your decision. You hereby also agree that, by taking any of the actions described above, you are soliciting and requesting a contact by telephone and as such, you may be contacted by telephone or e-mail as set forth in this Agreement and in our Privacy Policy, notwithstanding the listing of your telephone number and/or e-mail address in any applicable do-not-call registries.
  • Registration Obligations
The registration obligations shall be undermentioned but not limited to when it comes to registration as a member in accordance to membership plan or subscriber in lieu with the subscription plan:
  1. The profile that you create on our website will be used to store your information related to your consultations and your personal query online just for the purpose of maintaining a record for future references and to provide you with an improvised experience. You agree that your registration details will be used by us to provide you with news and other information. You agree to provide your Legal name, last name, and accurate, legally correct personal information in your registration. You agree to keep your username (the “Username”) and password safe from use by third parties and not to share your registration details with anyone else, unless if your Username is a bona fide account that represents a group or organization in which case you may share the registration details with members of such group or organization. You agree to indemnify us against any unauthorized use of your username and password, however, caused. We reserve the right to modify the membership information you provide, as well as to delete, disable and/or restrict your account.
  2. Clause(a) of 5 Section herein, is also applicable to the scenarios where the user has registered itself on our platform.
  3. The Platforms users of all nature and type shall not resell or distribute in any manner the product or product-related services directly provided by the Law Onlinelegalcare.com for any commercial purposes or any gains unless priorly approved by the Onlinelegalcare.com in writing.
  • Content Writing Opportunity / Blogging
For registered members or users, we may provide an open web publishing/blogging service that allows you to post and publish blogs and articles on the Website (“Blogs”), subject to the Terms.
  1. You agree not to post any Blog that is: (i) advertising, (ii) advertorial, (iii) overt promotion of services or products, or (iv) that otherwise contravenes any of the Terms.
  2. You warrant and represent that you have the author’s permission to publish a Blog under your Username and that you have the legal right to publish all images or other information that you upload on the Website.
  3. We have no responsibility or liability of any kind for the content of any Blogs that are not written by us. We do not exercise control over Blogs’ contents and are acting as a mere electronic conduit, hosting service, and passive publisher of the Blogs, subject to the Terms.
  4. We retain the right at our absolute discretion to delete or modify your Blog in order to comply with our legal duties, to improve the appearance, layout or integration of the Blog into the Website, or for any other reason.
  5. You agree that this feature shall not be used by you or any of your representatives in the manner that shall be in opposition to the public policy and is politically motivated or in a way that shall cause hurt to anyone’s religious sentiments and practices.
  • Intellectual property
      1. You or the original authors, as applicable, retain all copyrights to and moral rights to be identified as the author of (i) Blogs published under your Username, and/or (ii) images or other media published under your Username on your personal profile on the Website’s social network.
      2. By publishing a Blog you grant us a royalty-free, non-exclusive, irrevocable, and perpetual license and right to republish, reproduce and edit your Blog or parts thereof worldwide and in any medium, notwithstanding any other clauses of the Terms. If you republish your Blogs elsewhere, please include a hyperlink back to Onlinelegalcare.com as the place of original publication.
      3. All forms of content that are contributed to Onlinelegalcare.com or by Onlinelegalcare.com becomes our copyright but is made available under a Creative Commons license.
  • User Content
All content submitted on the website or platform by anyone while making use of the platform shall be the users (collectively “User Content”) sole responsibility of any such person who originated such User Content. You represent that all User Content provided by you is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. We may use and distribute your User Content solely to provide Platform Services on your behalf or as required to be produced before any authority or court of law. To know more about how the content/information will be collected or used we request you to read our Privacy Policy. Please note, the user is a member who may or may not be registered with us. It shall be subject to compliance with our company’s rules and regulations that may be subject to update from time to time.
  • Indemnification
You shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless, us, our affiliates and each of our and their respective employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of, or access to, the Website, Legal Services, Content, or otherwise from your User Content, or violation of these Terms, provided that any indemnity in this clause with regard to Legal Services excludes any aspect of the Legal Services that Onlinelegalcare.com does not and cannot access, including but not limited to privileged communications between you and your Participating Platform Lawyer. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will assist and cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
  • Termination
In the event, where we become aware of or it comes to our attention by any means or mode of any communication that a potential breach which has happened or maybe caused to us amounts to a violation of our companies terms stated herein. We reserve and claim the complete right to terminate all ties with an immediate effect without serving any notice.
  1. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your Onlinelegalcare.com account.
  2. Any termination of your Platform Services has no effect on the provision of Legal Services between you and your Participating Platform Lawyer or the attorney-client relationship between you and your Participating Platform Lawyer. Further, such a termination would not affect your access to or ownership of any attorney-client communications between you and your Participating Platform Lawyer or documents created by your Participating Platform Lawyer.
  3. Any fees paid hereunder are non-refundable. You remain obligated to pay any fees accrued but not yet paid at the time of termination.
  4. All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, licenses of User Content, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
  • Governing law / Jurisdiction
The Terms and the Website are governed by Indian laws and you agree to submit all disputes to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
  • Arbitration
      1. In the event of any disputes or differences arising under these usage terms and conditions, the users shall first attempt to write to us at wecare@onlinelegalcare.com  so as to resolve such disputes and differences amicably and through mutual discussions and negotiations.
      2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to or in connection with the breach, termination or validity or any other related as per subclause (b) of this Section hereof shall be finally settled by an arbitration tribunal in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as in force at the time such arbitration is commenced (“The Arbitration Act”). The Arbitration will be conducted by the sole arbitrator which will be finally selected by the Onlinelegalcare.com within thirty (30days) of time from the date of receipt of any such dispute/claim etc. The place of the arbitration will be in Kolkata, India. The proceedings of the arbitration will be in English. And, the expense of the arbitration will be borne by the parties amicably, in case of any dispute upon it the decision of the arbitrator will be final.
  • Variation
We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time without notice.
  • Entire Agreement and Severability
This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us, including the use of the Website, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals (whether oral, written, or electronic) between you and us. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The failure of either party to exercise in any respect any right provided for herein shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights hereunder.
  • Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure or damages results from any failure or delay in performing legal service obligations by the platform participating lawyers or is caused due to situations that are beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation to force majeures such as mechanical, electronic or communications failure, bug or malware disability or degradation or may be due to act of God, war, riots, embargoes, act of civil or military authorities, fire, floods or accidents, earthquakes, hurricane, covid- 19 or pandemic/epidemic like situations or lockdown, storms, embargoes, blockades in the effect on or after the date of the terms of usage of this agreement, national or regional emergency, industrial or market imbalance.
  • Assignment
These Terms are personal to you, and are not assignable, transferable, or cannot be sub-licensed by you except with our prior written consent. We may assign, transfer or delegate any of our rights and obligations hereunder without your consent.
  • Agency
No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created as a result of these Terms and neither party has any authority of any kind to bind the other in any respect.
  • Notices
Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, all notices under these Terms will be in writing and will be deemed to have been duly given when received, if personally delivered or sent by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested; when receipt is electronically confirmed, if transmitted by facsimile or e-mail; or the day after it is sent, if sent for next day delivery by recognized overnight delivery service. Electronic notices should be sent to info@onlinelegalcare.com.
  • No Waiver
No failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy as per the Terms stated herein shall operate as a waiver, default, acquiescence thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power, or remedy preclude the exercise of any other or further exercise of the same compliance in the future. In order for any waiver of compliance with these Terms to be binding, we must provide you with written notice of such waiver through one of our authorized representatives in a reasonable time.
  • Disclaimer
      1. Onlinelegalcare.comdoes not provide any legal services and is not a law firm. We help you connect with Participating Platform Lawyers, but Onlinelegalcare.com does not give any material legal advice and requires representations in the courts of law on your behalf.
      2. No attorney-client relationship shall be created or deemed to be created between you and Onlinelegalcare.com. All of your communications with Onlinelegalcare.com are protected by our Privacy Policy; they are not attorney work-product and are not protected under any privilege (including attorney-client privilege). Other than information you submit through the Website, Onlinelegalcare.com has no access to any communications between you and any Participating Platform Lawyer you choose through Platform Services, which communications may be protected by the attorney-client privilege. Onlinelegalcare.com, is not a lawyer referral service and we do not recommend any specific set of participating platform lawyer(s) /lawyer.
      3. Onlinelegalcare.com, reserves the right to empower its clients or customers to access the legal solutions/information in a manner which it deems appropriate by means of the technology being in compliance with the laws.
      4. Onlinelegalcare.com reserves the right to claim for damages or losses by the usage of the platform or platform-related services or products in a manner which is deliberate, intentional, and is to malign the goodwill and reputation or even to lower the reputation or goodwill of the Onlinelegalcare.com shall enable Onlinelegalcare.com of Rs. 2,70,000/-.
      5. Onlinelegalcare.com, holds the absolute right to make a claim for the infringement of its trademarks or copyrights and seek damages of a minimum of Rs. 20,0000/- in addition to the losses or damage that may have occurred due to such infringement or attempt to infringement when anyone utilizes its trade or service mark that creates a likelihood of consumer confusion or attempt to copy our brand and identity or violate its trade-dress under the Indian Trademarks Act 1999.
  • Payment
      1. Any chargeable services accessed by platform users or the Participating Platform Lawyer on the Website will be marked as chargeable. You must pay for such services being referred to as the “Paid Services”.
      2. “Paid Services” shall mean the administrative services.
      3. Current Information Required: You must provide current, complete, and accurate information for the payment account linked to your platform services account (your “billing account”). You must promptly update all information to keep your billing account current, complete and accurate (such as a change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date), and you must promptly notify us if your chosen payment provider (your “payment method)” is canceled (e.g. for loss or theft) or if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorized disclosure or use of your user name or password.
      4. Changes to such information can be made through your account profile. If you fail to provide any of the foregoing information, you agree that we may continue charging you for any use of Paid Services under your billing account unless you have terminated your paid services.
      5. The Participating Platform Lawyer agrees that he/she shall pay an amount as mentioned on our website at www.onlinelegalcare.com taken in order to subscribe to the services provided by Onlinelegalcare.com.
      6. The Participating Platform Lawyer agrees and acknowledges that the payment made to use the Platform Services will in no way be considered as an advertisement for his/her legal services or solicitation of clients; and further agrees and acknowledges that the payment made for the Platform Services is solely for the purpose of access of Website, use of Platform Services offered by Onlinelegalcare.com and client management.
  • Cancellation and Refund
    1. Subscription fees – Lawyers
      1. Once the initial subscription fee has been charged, you have 14 days from this time to cancel your subscription to be eligible for a refund.  Onlinelegalcare.com, will retain 30% of the subscription fee (the “Administration Charges”) and refund the remaining 70%.
      2. If the refund is not requested within the time of 14 days you can still opt to cancel the subscription but cannot claim a refund. The Participating Platform Lawyer on the Website may cancel his/her subscription only in the following case:
        1. Once the Platform Lawyer completes the ‘Profile Creation Process’, he/she shall be liable for a refund if there is any delay or discrepancy in the ‘Onboarding process’ from Onlinelegalcare.com. This delay or discrepancy shall not be inclusive of a period where the technology team is working to improvise the website or the site is under maintenance or when force-majeure is applicable.
    2. Subscription/Registration Fees- Users
      1. Once the person has registered itself to receive any product or product-related services directly from the Onlinelegalcare.com, you have 3 working days of time to claim for refund with a condition that you must have not utilized our product-related services in any manner.

  • Grievance

7) Safety & Security – It will be the sole responsibility of the User (client/lawyer) for maintaining the confidentiality of their account-related information which they possess to access their accounts on our portal for example username/password etc, And, in case of any usage by any unauthorized use of their account or password, it shall be the user who will be liable for it. We expect the immediate notification to Onlinelegalcare.com of any such actual or suspected unauthorized use of the user’s account or password. The User may also be made liable for the losses occurred to Onlinelegalcare.com or such other parties as case due to any such unauthorized use of your account. We take and follow all measures that may be necessary to prevent and protect your information, the security of your content and personal information is valuable to us. Please note, that no security is 100% and no methods of data transmission over the internet or methods of storing data electronically are completely secure so we cannot completely assure you of its security and safety.
